Lady Lancers basketball make playoffs despite senior night loss

The Lady Lancers fell to the Bishop Montgomery Knights, 64-42, at the Carroll Center on Thursday.
Seniors, Morgan Rust and Mia Ross, combined for 28 points alone.
Their efforts were not enough though as the Lancers acquired their 7th loss in league.
With their loss on Senior Night, they finished with a 1-7 record and last in the Del Rey League.
Despite a one-win league season, the Lancers made the division 2A playoffs and face off against Northview High School on Feb. 13.
