CIF Football Playoff Preview: Bishop Amat v. Oaks Christian

PREVIEW

The Bishop Amat Lancers have a tough match ahead of them as they prepare to face off against the undefeated Oaks Christian Lions tonight at Kieffer Stadium.

Last week, the Lancers started out slow against the Norco Cougars, falling behind by two touchdowns early in the game. Amat then scored 51 first half points to take a 51-30 halftime lead. Bishop Amat won the game, 72-36.

Torreahno Sweet ran over the Norco defense with 150 yards and four rushing touchdowns. Quarterback Damian Garcia threw for 284 yards and five touchdowns, all too key wide receivers Tyler Vaughns and Trevon Sidney, who both had over 120 yards receiving.
