Three girls from the Lady Lancers cross country team placed in the top 10 as the team finish second in the Santa Clarita Invitational last Saturday.

The Lady Lancers ran without two of its top runners, senior Sam Cabrera and junior Trinity Ruelas.

Junior Ally Palomino and freshman Olivia Paez finished sixth and seventh overall with the time of 18:25 for the three-mile race. Senior Jessica Gallardo finished the race at 18:40 placing ninth.
