Bishop Amat High School will host the annual Footprints Walk, which raises money for less fortunate communities, this Saturday, March 4 at Kiefer Stadium.

Registration for the event is $10 and the event starts at 9 a.m. on the track.

Bishop Amat Principal Mr. Gabriel Escovar said Footprints was previously an event held by the Catholic Charities of San Gabriel Valley, but it is now fully held and run by Bishop Amat.

“We’re looking to get as many people from the Bishop Amat community involved as possible,” Mr. Escovar said.

Everyone can attend—students, teachers, and even family members—but students, participating in the event will be rewarded with double service hours, Mr. Escovar said.

The event will also include some music, raffles and prizes for attendees and participants can walk as much or as little as they want.
