WALNUT--Freshman Emily Hubert qualified for CIF Finals as an individual by placing fourth in her heat by running the rain-shortened 2.91-mile course in 17 minutes and 35 seconds.

At Del Rey League Finals last week at Santa Fe Dam, Emily Hubert won the varsity girls race by running the 3 -mile course in 17 minutes and 35 seconds. She won league by more than 20 seconds and ran the third fastest time at that course.
