LA PUENTE—After scoring 34 unanswered points in the first quarter of Friday night’s homecoming game against the Cathedral Phantoms, the Bishop Amat Lancers cruised to an easy 47-0 blowout.

Junior running back Aiden Ramos scored four touchdowns and senior quarterback Tobin O’Dell threw for two and ran for one.

Defensively, the Lancers dominated the Phantoms. Senior Devon Jones had five tackles, and the defensive had two sacks—junior Tiu Afalava and senior Caleb McNeil-Tyler had one each.

Next week, the Lancers will travel to face Alemany in what many expect to be the toughest league matchup.
